A nefarious – and pointedly obnoxious – cartoon character called “Frankie the Fraudster” was today named a 2012 spokesman for New Yorkers Stand Against Insurance Fraud (NYSAIF), an organization of drivers fighting rampant auto insurance fraud in the Empire State.

NYS Education Department Rejects School Devoted to Hispanic Community For Second Time

Brad Gerstman, an advocate for Dignitas Academy, was outraged by the decision. “These students are not receiving the personal attention they need and SED continues to deny them help. The change of name to Gotham Government Relations and Communications reflects the company’s broader mission to become a full service company that provides its clients with lobbying, media advocacy and communications consulting under one roof. “Government relations and lobbying have changed considerably in the last few years,” explained Brad Gerstman, one of Gotham’s founding partners. “Grassroots organizing, media advocacy and social networking have now become as important as traditional lobbying techniques. It’s all part of the same campaign,” he added. The new communications division at Gotham will be boosted by the appointment of new executive Bruce Nyman.
