Brad Gerstman, Partner at Gotham Government Relations, and dynamic public speaker, has been asked to speak to students at the Wyandanch Memorial High School regarding a career in government relations. Gerstman’s presentation is part of the school’s “Participation in Government” information lecture series. Gerstman will discuss governmental structure on federal, state and local levels, in addition to explaining to the students what lobbying is and how vital approach, advocacy and engagement are to maintaining important client relationships.

Gotham is offering its support of Off-Shore Medical Programs that wish to work with New York Hospitals. Gotham is opposed to those who want to limit the number of these programs, for a variety of reasons. Brad Gerstman, Partner at Gotham, sits on the board of the Nassau University Medical Center (NUMC), which enables him to understand this area better than anyone in New York.
“At a time when our society is becoming an aging population, we would be extremely short-sighted and potentially create a medical nightmare if we began to impose limitations on the number of qualified doctors we let practice here in our hospitals,” says Gerstman.
