Jonathan Sobel is an Associate (bar admission pending). He received his J.D. Degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, and while there, joined the Juvenile Justice Clinic Practicum where he represented and negotiated a deal for a suspended special education student. Mr. Sobel has extensive experience in labor and employment law, having worked for both the National Labor Relations Board, Region 29 and the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining, as well as representing plaintiffs bringing unpaid minimum wage and overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law.
He currently assists in handling motion practice over a variety of civil and criminal cases and is responsible for commencing actions on behalf of new clients in the New York State and federal courts.
