STA Achieves Legislative Victory! School Construction Authority Bill Signed Into Law by Governor Cuomo!

The STA is pleased to report that yesterday Governor Cuomo signed into law the School Construction Authority Bill (S.6577/A. 8805), as Chapter 519 of the Laws of 2014. STA’s number one legislative priority for the past several years, the SCA bill will dramatically improve the change order process for subcontractors working with the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA).
